We proudly serve 13-inch fermented sourdough pizza made with ‘00 Italian grown + imported flour that is never sprayed, bleached, brominated or enriched), with house-made basil pomodoro sauce (no salt or sugar added).

The only oils we use in anything house-made (including every sauce, such as our buttermilk ranch) are either 100% extra virgin olive oil or organic coconut oil in various house-made pastries. Pizzas are topped with EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) drizzle to emulate the true Italian spirit.
