We proudly serve 13-inch fermented pizza made with ‘00 Italian grown + imported flour that is never sprayed, bleached, brominated or enriched), with house-made basil pomodoro sauce (no salt or sugar added).

The only oils we use in any house-made sauces or dishes are 100% extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil in various house-made pastries. Pizzas are topped with EVOO drizzle to emulate the true Italian spirit.
